HOW TO WITHDRAW (Stop Taking Level Up Junior Classes)

We are sorry to hear that you would like to stop taking Level Up Junior classes. Life gets busy at times and we understand that. However, we want you to understand what will happen if you withdraw from Level Up Junior.

  • Level Up Junior is a structured program where each class and session build off the previous one. Due to this reason, it is not possible to re-enroll where you left off.

  • When we get withdrawals from this program, we must cancel a class if it reaches less students than its intended capacity.

  • For the program to be effective, it is strongly recommended to complete all five sessions.

If you or your child are losing interest or struggling to acclimate to a group setting, please understand that this is normal and it does not mean you should withdraw.

Ups and down are normal:

  • One of the main reasons students quit Level Up Junior (or their parents let them) is because they don’t recognize that there will be up and downs in enthusiasm, commitment, and rate of learning. Some material may seem difficult for your child but understand that practice at home is key to their progress!

  • Keep in mind, that most children in Level Up Junior have never been in a classroom setting! If your child seems to be struggling in this setting, give it some time and they will get used to the routine. Level Up Junior has a set routine of Table Time, Stage Time, and Rug Time so your child will eventually learn the pattern of the class.

Don't let your child quit because they don't like to practice:

  • Another common misconception is when students are expected to be motivated and disciplined to do their homework on their own. Level Up Junior homework is designed for students to do with a parent! Discipline is learned, not discovered… Especially when a child is ages 3-5!

Please note:

To end payments and scheduling after the current session, we must receive this form no later than 15 days prior to the end of the current session, no exceptions, per our policy (the contract you signed at your enrollment). Any unused classes after this form has been submitted will not be refunded back to you.
