AGREEMENT
Congratulations!
You have been chosen to participate in our Music Partnership Program! As long as you complete the agreement below, we will provide 8 weeks of private lessons ($304 value) at just $40 in exchange for commitment to continuing as a full-paid student starting after your 8 weeks of discounted lessons. We will also waive our registration fee of $45. Our goal behind this plan is to proactively rebuild our teachers’ rosters once the COVID-19 crisis has passed while providing a unique opportunity for students to remain musically productive during this time at home.
Private lessons will be conducted via live virtual streaming to students’ homes as long as the schools and businesses in our area are closed. Lessons are conducted live from our teachers’ in-home studios and transmitted to you in your home via Zoom. Once everything re-opens, we will move to in-person lessons for those interested at one of our locations in Novi, Troy, Plymouth-Canton, West Bloomfield, or Rochester Hills. If you prefer to remain in virtual lessons, that is also acceptable!
The 8 discounted lessons will begin no later than a week after your application is accepted. Lessons will be scheduled at the same day and time each week with the same instructor. Various make-up options are available in case you need to cancel. Regular tuition (starting after your 8 discounted lessons) is $152 per month and includes recitals and membership to our Level Up Music Achievement program.

AGREEMENT FORM
In order to make your enrollment official, you must complete the agreement form below. Once you have completed the form, one of our staff will be prompted to contact you before the end of the week to confirm your enrollment and schedule your lesson time. We have many afternoon and evening lesson times available on weekdays and weekends. However, if we cannot find a suitable time, we will void this agreement and your billing method will not be charged.
You must provide a valid credit card number below which will be charged $40 in full at the time we receive this agreement form. After your 8 discounted lessons take place, you will be charged $152 each month until you withdraw. Commitment to enrollment is monthly beyond that point.
